Lesa at Candlelight Florist was truly one of the best vendors I worked with for my wedding. From the very beginning, she made the entire floral planning process feel easy and stress-free. Choosing wedding flowers can be overwhelming, but Lesa walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and helped bring my vision to life exactly the way I had imagined. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and on top of every detail throughout the planning process. I always felt confident knowing everything was in her hands. When I saw the flowers on my wedding day, I was absolutely blown away!!! They were even more BEAUTIFUL than I had imagined and honestly took my breath away. Lesa is so talented, and it truly shows in her work. Every arrangement was stunning, and the attention to detail was incredible. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. I haven't even received all of my professional photos back yet, but I couldn't wait to leave this review because she deserves every bit of recognition. I ordered a Mother’s Day “Spring bouquet” last year and paid a premium. The bouquet sent was not at all “spring” flowers- but rather Halloween- looking orange gladiolas + purple flowers. When I called to complain the owner explained they ran out of spring flowers and she improvised with what she had. There was no effort to communicate that upon order (giving me a chance to cancel), nor to “make right” by redoing or offering a discount for future bouquet. Instead I got a call this year asking if I would like to order again. Seems to care more about the sale than customer satisfaction. Much better choices in the MSP area.

For years now I have used Candlelight for gifts from a distance. They are fantastic in every regard. The arrangements and plants are top quality and long-lasting. The delivery has always been on time and the couple of times I have called with questions they have been super helpful.

The bouquet I ordered arrived at my mom’s house quickly and well packaged. They even texted her the flowers were delivered as she had briefly stepped out when they arrived. The flowers were fresh and have bloomed nicely since they arrived! The ability to upgrade and include a quilled card was also a nice special touch.

The Birthday Plant and Balloons we ordered From Candlelight floral in Wayzata Minnesota proved to be an excellent choice as we were sending them from out of town, it was with great pleasure to know that Candlelight Floral takes great care of their customers, it was great to see the flowers arrived for the family to enjoy! Candlelight Floral takes great care of their customers no matter how far away they are :) Thanks Very much for the great product and service.
